Please don't change your password or change any access on your account while we are running your campaign.  Doing so can cause issues with your campaign.  Instead please submit a support ticket to notify our team of the problem or change that needs to be made before you make it. Our team will quickly respond to help you handle the issue and/or help you update your login credentials.  NOTE: If you change your password before notifying your Campaign Manager, all the data from your campaign up to this point can be lost and/or we lose the message sequence information on your campaign and it can be very costly to your success.
