When a lead comes through linkedin, if it’s a standard response like “Thanks for reaching out, I’d like to learn more about that”, we recommend you respond with a template response, or a personalized response to their message if they ask a specific question about your offer. A template response example would be:

"Hi Name,

Thanks for your message. Feel free to grab a time on my calendar that works best for you.

I look forward to speaking with you soon and I hope you have a great afternoon.

If they do not reply back you after you messaged them, please follow up with them on LinkedIn again after 5 days, and if they do not reply back wait another 5 days to message that lead again. 

If they have not replied to you on LinkedIn we recommend calling them if there is a phone number available for that prospect once or twice and leave one voice message. If you call a prospect don't worry about it being perceived as a cold call, Most of the time if you get them on the phone they will say things like, "thanks for following up, I am sorry I haven't gotten back to you I've just been really busy and I don't check LI regularly."  

We also recommend following up with a prospect by emailing them if we are able to provide you with an email address for them on the lead tracker spreadsheet.

After it has been 30 days since your last attempt to reach out to a prospect. Our recommendation is you reengage with them on LinkedIn by messaging them again and also calling them and emailing them if there is a phone number or email address available for that lead.
